Wednesday 13th January

Good morning Hedgehogs and a very happy Wednesday to you, one and all.

I hope your week is going swimmingly so far. I've enjoyed hearing what you've all been up to and I'm glad you're keeping yourselves active walking, riding bikes, scooting, running and riding ponies!

I've been enjoying your work very much. Parents, you are doing a wonderful job of keeping up with the work - thank you very much.

Here are today's jobs for you:

Job 1: Chapter 4 of our story

Job 2: Some Phonics:

Reception Phonics:

Signpost sheet (optional)

Year 1 Phonics:

Phoneme spotter story

Countdown

Job 3: Maths

Please all practice writing your numbers.

Reception children start with numbers up to 5. If you want, move on to numbers to 10.
Year 1 children please practice numbers up to 20. Practice any tricky numbers a few extra times.

You can practise this in any way you like: with felt tip pens, with your finger in a tray of paint/sand/flour, on a piece of paper stuck to the wall, on a blackboard.... or using these sheets.

Keep it up Hedgehogs. You are doing a wonderful job.*

From Miss Nash
